The Foreign Exchange market, also referred to as the "FOREX" or
"Forex" or "Retail forex" or "FX" or "Spot FX" or just "Spot" is the
largest financial market in the world, with a volume of over $3.2
trillion a day as reported by the Bank for International Settlements
in April 2007. Since then, the market has continued to grow.
The modern foreign exchange market started forming during the 1970s.
The foreign exchange market is unique because of
- its trading volumes,
- the extreme liquidity of the market,
- its geographical dispersion,
- its long trading hours: 24 hours a day except on weekends
(from 22:00 UTC on Sunday until 22:00 UTC Friday),
- the variety of factors that affect exchange rates,
- the low margins of profit compared with other markets of fixed
income (but profits can be high due to very large trading volumes),
- the use of leverage.
As such, it has been referred to as the market closest to the ideal perfect
competition, notwithstanding market manipulation by central banks.
All that is needed is an account with a forex broker, download & install your
broker's platform and a computer with an internet connection.

The scalping strategy works on M15 timeframe on 12 pairs:
GBPUSD, EURUSD, USDJPY, CHFJPY, GBPCHF, USDCHF, CADCHF, EURCHF, EURGBP, EURCAD, GBPCAD & USDCAD.
The grid trading strategy works on the EURCHF on any timeframe.
The hedging & pyramiding works on the GBPUSD on any timeframe.
The martingale strategy works on the EURCHF only and on M1 timeframe.
Simply relaunch Metatrader and make sure the Expert Advisors button is clicked on, then our Expert
Advisor will continue trading.
If you are trading the Grid Trading Strategy and/or the Hedging & Pyramiding Strategy yes, if you are only trading
the Scalping Strategy you will need to turn it on during Asian Sessions only.

If you don't want to leave your computer turned on 24/5, an alternative would be using a VPS.
